After the massive success of Border 2, Sunny Deol is gearing up for his next big-screen outing with Gabru, scheduled to release across India on May 8, 2026. Marking their fourth collaboration, the violent romantic drama also features Triptii Dimri and is set against Mumbai’s underworld. Compared to Shahid Kapoor’s recent releases, O’Romeo has fared better than Deva and Jersey, but remains far behind his blockbuster Kabir Singh. With mixed reviews, the weekend performance will be crucial.
