Marking a historic first, an Indian film director designed a Republic Day tableau, bringing cinema into the heart of the national celebration. The presentation highlighted India’s deep-rooted storytelling tradition, from ancient times to modern cinema.

The tableau beautifully traced the evolution of Indian narratives, beginning with the sacred sound of Aum, moving through symbols of knowledge, wisdom, and art, and culminating in the era of vintage film cameras. Through intricate visuals, music, and design, ‘Bharat Gatha’ showcased cinema as a continuation of India’s cultural journey rather than just a form of entertainment.

Border 2 has taken a powerful start at the worldwide box office. The war drama starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh crossed ₹150 crore globally within just three days of release. On Day 3, the film’s total worldwide collection reached an impressive ₹167 crore, marking one of the biggest opening weekends for a Hindi film in 2026.
