Prabhas’ sci-fi blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD created waves at the box office after its 2024 release, and excitement is now building around its much-awaited sequel. As the film nears its two-year mark, reports suggest that work on Kalki 2898 AD Part 2 may begin soon, with filming expected to start in February 2026. Alongside this update, a new casting rumour has caught fans’ attention.

According to ongoing speculation, Sai Pallavi is being considered to replace Deepika Padukone in the sequel. Earlier reports had hinted at Alia Bhatt as a possible choice, but current buzz points toward Sai Pallavi as the frontrunner.
