Vadh 2 Records Strong Opening at Box Office

Vadh 2 has made a confident start at the Indian box office, collecting ₹2.5 crore in its first weekend. Starring Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta, the crime thriller has emerged as the biggest opening film of Sanjay Mishra’s career so far. The film’s steady numbers underline growing audience interest and mark an important milestone for the veteran actor.

The success of Vadh 2 is largely driven by the goodwill earned by the first part, which gained popularity on OTT platforms over time. Positive word of mouth and strong digital viewership helped turn the franchise into a trusted name among crime-drama fans. This goodwill has now translated into encouraging theatre footfalls for the sequel.

Trade reports show an upward trend in collections on Saturday and Sunday, indicating stable occupancy and sustained interest. While the opening figures are modest, industry experts believe the film has a strong base for weekday collections, supported by positive reviews and loyal viewers.
