High Court Gives Interim Relief to Ranveer Singh

The Karnataka High Court has granted interim relief to Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh by directing the police not to take any coercive steps against him in a case linked to alleged remarks mocking a local deity. The order was passed on Tuesday while hearing Singh’s petition seeking to quash an FIR registered by the Bengaluru police.

A bench led by Karnataka High Court judge Justice M Nagaprasanna also reprimanded the actor, stating that hurting religious sentiments would not be tolerated. The court, however, asked Singh to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation.

The case relates to an incident at the Filmfare Awards event in Goa, where Singh allegedly imitated Rishab Shetty’s character from Kantara Chapter-1. A city lawyer claimed the act hurt religious sentiments, prompting the registration of an FIR against the actor.

Rajpal Yadav seen dancing at niece’s wedding

Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav was released from Tihar Jail on interim bail, 13 days after surrendering in a cheque bounce case. Shortly after stepping out, the actor was seen celebrating a happy family moment by dancing at his niece’s wedding. Yadav had earlier sought bail citing the wedding in his family, and the court granted him temporary relief.

A video from the wedding has now gone viral on social media. Dressed in a simple kurta-pyjama, Rajpal Yadav was seen dancing joyfully with family members, including the women of the house. At one point, he was also seen dancing briefly with his wife, drawing warm reactions from fans who praised his cheerful spirit after a difficult phase.

Meanwhile, Rajpal Yadav also thanked his fans on Instagram for their constant support during his financial struggles. The Delhi High Court granted him interim bail until March 18 after the required ₹1.5 crore amount was deposited, allowing him temporary relief in the ongoing case.

Salman Khan Rushes Father Salim Khan to Hospital

Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan has been hospitalised in Mumbai after his health reportedly deteriorated. According to sources, the 90-year-old was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday morning and is currently under observation in the ICU. Doctors are conducting medical tests to assess his condition, and the family is closely monitoring his recovery.

Actor Salman Khan was seen visiting the hospital to be by his father’s side. Though he avoided interacting with the media, his presence reassured fans. Salim Khan’s son-in-law Atul Agnihotri also arrived at the hospital shortly after, reflecting the family’s support during this time.

Salim Khan is regarded as one of Hindi cinema’s most influential writers, best known for classics like Sholay, Deewaar and Zanjeer. As part of the legendary Salim–Javed duo, he shaped the “angry young man” era of Bollywood, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire generations.

Palash caught red handed with another girl, claims Smriti’s friend

Actor-producer Vidnyan Mane has levelled serious allegations against singer-composer Palaash Muchhal, accusing him of cheating Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana and duping him of over Rs 40 lakh linked to an unreleased film. Mane has filed a formal complaint in Sangli, Maharashtra, claiming he was introduced to Palaash through the Mandhana family and trusted him as a close associate.

Speaking to the media, Mane alleged that Palaash was caught with another woman during wedding celebrations in November 2025, leading to chaos within the families. He further claimed that he invested heavily in a film project involving the Muchhal family but was later pressured to invest more money under threat of being removed from the project.

Responding to the accusations, Palaash Muchhal denied all claims, calling them baseless and malicious. His lawyer stated that the allegations lack evidence and questioned their timing, adding that legal action will be taken through appropriate channels.
