Popular Bollywood rapper and singer Badshah has once again landed in controversy after the release of his new Haryanvi song “tatiri .” The Haryana State Women Commission has raised objections to some lyrics and visuals in the song, claiming they may hurt the dignity of women. Following the complaint, the commission has issued an official summons asking the singer to appear and present his explanation.
According to reports, the song was released just a few days ago and quickly drew attention online. However, certain lines in the track and scenes in the music video have sparked criticism. The commission believes that such language and portrayal are inappropriate, especially in songs linked with regional culture and public entertainment.
The hearing in the matter has been scheduled for March 13, 2026, at the DC Office conference hall in Panipat. Officials have instructed local authorities to ensure the presence of all related parties during the hearing, where Badshah is expected to clarify his side of the issue.
