O’Romeo Trailer Out, Shahid Kapoor Returns As A Dark Gangster

The trailer of O’Romeo has been released, marking Vishal Bhardwaj’s return to the crime-heavy world he is known for. Reuniting with Shahid Kapoor for the fourth time, the film is set in Mumbai’s violent underworld and presents a stylised Indian take on the Western genre. Shahid is seen playing a feared gangster whose name alone creates terror, with the trailer packed with intense visuals, bloodshed and raw emotions.

Triptii Dimri plays a woman seeking safety in Shahid’s dangerous world, but their relationship soon turns complicated as love and power collide. Avinash Tiwary appears as the main antagonist, while Disha Patani makes a brief yet impactful appearance in a dance number. Vikrant Massey is confirmed to be seen only in a special role.

O’Romeo carries high expectations for Shahid Kapoor, who hasn’t had a major theatrical hit since Kabir Singh. Releasing on February 13, the film will clash at the box office with Tu Yaa Main.
