Mane had accused Palash of cheating him of Rs 40 lakh and made personal allegations related to Palash’s relationship with cricketer Smriti Mandhana. Palash called these claims “false and baseless” and said they were intended to damage his reputation.

According to reports, Mane met Palash in December 2023 to invest in Palash’s film project Nazaria. Mane claimed he paid Rs 40 lakh expecting returns and a role in the project, but when it failed, he sought a refund. Palash denied all accusations, saying the claims were malicious and factually incorrect.

Palash shared on social media that his lawyer, Shreyansh Mithare, has issued a legal notice to Mane. The matter is now being handled through proper legal channels, signaling a high-profile legal battle in the entertainment industry.

Smriti Mandhana’s Wedding Postponed by Palash Muchhal,Amita Muchhal’s Revelation

India’s star batter Smriti Mandhana, who led the country to its first Women’s Cricket World Cup victory, has been in the spotlight for a different reason. Her wedding, scheduled for November 23, was postponed due to her father suffering a heart attack. Initial reports suggested that Mandhana herself had decided to delay the wedding because of her father’s critical condition. However, Palash Muchhal’s mother, Amita Muchhal, has now revealed that it was actually her son who made the decision to postpone the wedding.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Amita Muchhal said that Palash shares a very close bond with Smriti’s father. As soon as he was taken to the hospital by ambulance, Palash insisted on postponing the wedding rituals, including the pheras, until uncle recovered. Amita added, “Palash is extremely attached to her father. When this happened, he was the first to decide that the wedding should not go ahead until her father is well.”

Smriti Mandhana’s father Srinivas’ critical condition also affected Palash’s health. He was hospitalized due to a viral infection and acidity issues and is currently receiving treatment in a Mumbai hospital.

Following the incident, Smriti deleted all wedding-related posts from her social media, and her friend and Indian cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues also removed event photos. The wedding remains postponed, and fans are now waiting for the announcement of the new date.

Indian women’s cricket star Smriti Mandhana and music composer Palash Muchhal were set to tie the knot on 23 November, but celebrations came to a halt after back-to-back health emergencies in the family. First, Smriti’s father, Srinivas Mandhana experienced severe chest pain and was rushed to the hospital with heart-attack–like symptoms. Doctors shifted him to observation and began immediate treatment, delaying the wedding ceremonies.

According to reports, Smriti’s fiancé Palash Muchhal also fell ill shortly after. Sources told NDTV that Palash was taken to a private hospital due to a viral infection and increased acidity. He underwent treatment and is now feeling better. After his condition stabilised, he was shifted back to the hotel. His sudden illness added further stress to an already emotional situation for both families.

The couple had already begun their pre-wedding celebrations, with videos of their haldi, mehendi and sangeet ceremonies going viral on social media. Smriti and Palash even performed together, and Smriti’s father also joined the dance before falling ill. With both families prioritising health, the wedding has been postponed. As of now, no new date has been announced.
