Prasanth Varma introduced Bhumi Shetty as “Maha” through a striking poster, writing, “The most powerful superhero born from the womb of the universe awakens!” Dressed as Mahakali, Bhumi can be seen adorned with a nose ring, heavy jewelry, and sindoor, giving her a truly divine yet intense appearance. According to reports, nearly 50% of the movie’s shoot has already been completed, with grand sets built in Hyderabad. Mahakali is said to be one of India’s first female-led superhero films.
