Reports suggest he is the top choice to play Lord Hanuman in a brand-new musical film produced by Namit Malhotra of Double Negative. The project is described as a “mythological-pop opera with thunderous action,” promising epic songs, breathtaking stunts, aerial combat, flaming-torch choreography, and a 12-minute battle hymn. Insiders say the film could become the next major installment in the Ramayan Universe (R-Verse), giving Hanuman his own spectacular stage.

Sources reveal the production will feature interconnected storylines similar to the Avengers franchise, with recurring characters and crossovers. “Hanuman is their Hulk — unstoppable, beloved, and built for spectacle,” a source said.
