In the clip, Sunny asks, “Papa, are you enjoying?” and Dharmendra lovingly responds, “I am really enjoying my son.” Sharing the video, Sunny wrote, “Aaj meri papa ka janamdin hai. Papa humesha mere saath hai. Love you papa. Miss you.”

Earlier, Esha Deol also posted a deeply touching message along with a throwback photo with her father. Calling him “my darling Papa”, she wrote about their unbreakable bond that she believes continues beyond life and death. She expressed how much she misses his warm protective hugs, long conversations and poetic expressions, describing her father as her eternal strength and comfort. Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra has been admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital for several days. Recently, reports surfaced claiming that his health had worsened and that he was on ventilator support. However, these reports were promptly denied by his son Sunny Deol’s team. In an official statement, the team clarified the actor’s current condition and reassured fans about his well-being.

Reacting to the ventilator rumors, Sunny Deol’s team said, “As always, such rumors are being spread unnecessarily. Sir’s condition is improving, and he is under the supervision of doctors. There is no cause for concern.” The Indian Express also reported, citing sources, that the ventilator news is false. Dharmendra has been admitted for about a week, but he is not on a ventilator. Sunny Deol had visited the hospital in the morning to meet his father and has since returned home.

Following the reports of Dharmendra’s health, actress Hema Malini also visited him at the hospital today. Speaking to Hindustan Times, she said, “We are praying for his speedy recovery.” Earlier, Dharmendra’s team had stated that he was admitted for a routine check-up on October 31 and is in good health, adding that fans need not worry as he regularly visits the hospital for check-ups.
