The makers have finally unveiled the first look of the film’s lead actress, Bhumi Shetty, and her powerful avatar has left fans amazed. The 27-year-old South Indian actress looks fierce and divine in her new look, building even more anticipation for the film.
Prasanth Varma introduced Bhumi Shetty as “Maha” through a striking poster, writing, “The most powerful superhero born from the womb of the universe awakens!” Dressed as Mahakali, Bhumi can be seen adorned with a nose ring, heavy jewelry, and sindoor, giving her a truly divine yet intense appearance. The image has already gone viral, with fans flooding social media with praise and excitement for the upcoming film.
According to reports, nearly 50% of the movie’s shoot has already been completed, with grand sets built in Hyderabad. Mahakali is said to be one of India’s first female-led superhero films. Before Bhumi’s reveal, the makers had shared Akshaye Khanna’s first look as Asur Guru Shukracharya.
