Yash Returns With Action-Packed ‘Toxic’ Teaser

Kannada superstar Yash is all set to make his grand comeback after with the gangster action drama ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’, releasing on March 19, 2026. On his 40th birthday, the makers unveiled the teaser, giving fans a glimpse of Yash as Raya, a ruthless and unapologetic gangster. The teaser opens in a graveyard where a burial ceremony turns chaotic, building up to a dramatic and intense entry for the protagonist.

In the action-packed teaser, a car crashes, a drunken man sets a bomb, and Yash’s character makes a powerful entrance holding a Thompson gun and a cigar. Clad in black, Raya is seen taking down enemies with a larger-than-life style, ending the teaser with the iconic line, “Daddy’s home”. The high-octane action and dark theme have already created a buzz among fans.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, ‘Toxic’ is set in 1990s Goa and revolves around a drug cartel. The film features a stellar cast including Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth, and will release in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. It will clash at the box office with Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar 2’.
