The makers of Ginny Wedss Sunny 2 have officially announced its theatrical release date. Headlined by Avinash Tiwary and Medha Shankr, the romantic comedy is scheduled to hit cinemas on April 24, 2026. Positioned as a light-hearted family entertainer, the film promises a fresh love story while retaining the charm and humour that made the first part popular.

Described as a mismatched romance, the sequel revolves around two individuals from completely different worlds—a tough wrestler and a free-spirited young woman. The recently released first-look poster hints at chaos, confusion and heartfelt moments as their lives collide, moving from a wrestling arena to a wedding mandap with playful energy and situational comedy.

Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra turned 41 on January 16, celebrating with an intimate late-night gathering at home. Close friends and family attended, including filmmaker Karan Johar and designer Manish Malhotra. The couple, who welcomed their daughter Saraayah in 2025, kept the event private, reflecting their preference for a low-key family life.

Kiara Advani shared a special video from the celebration, singing the birthday song Baar Baar Din Ye Aaye as Sidharth smiled beside her.
