Before surrendering, Rajpal made an emotional statement, admitting he was under severe financial stress and had no one to seek help from, which moved many across the film industry.

Stepping forward in solidarity, actor Sonu Sood announced that Rajpal will be part of his upcoming film. Sonu also offered him a small signing amount to provide immediate financial relief, making it clear that the gesture was not charity but professional respect and dignity for a talented actor.
